....Really is in Africa! Not many people know that.
I love Egypt. Mummification is so fascinating.
But I think the Pyramids are the most amazing part of Egypt. Think: How many slaves worked their rear-end off every single day just to provide one tomb for one dead guy? It just amazes me.
And how ceremonial they were. They spent most of their lives worrying about what happens *after* they die.
I would love to go to Egypt. And I hope I can someday.

Butterflies

Butterflies are beautiful creatures that so many people just take for granted in our enviorment.
They are colorful, small, and perfect. Butterflies are so fragile that just touching them can break their wings. Did you know that?
When I lived in Montana, we used to get these HUGE butterflies in our green house. They were all dead because of the heat in there, but they were poised so beautiful and still that we framed and kept them.
My mother taught me to respect butterflies.
And it's obvious that a lot of people like them because many women are getting butterfly tattoos now-a-days.
So, next time you see one, smile and remember how lucky you are.

Lips/Lipgloss/Lipstick/Chapstick

Along with my eye fascination, I have fascination with lips. I think lips are so pretty. (Personally, the only vain part of me is the fact that I am very satisfyed with my lips.) FIRST OF ALL: lipstick and chapstick are NOT the same thing! Lipstick = color, chapstick = mouisturize.
I think this picture is awesome!!! I wish we were allowed to wear lipstick like that at school, because then I would wear it that way every day!
I think the stripes are awesome, and I bet whoever the lips belong to, had to sit still for forever just to get them perfect! So admire this art of time and dedication.
SECOND OF ALL: Girls don't always wear lipgloss because it feels good. We wear it to freshen our breath, to make our lips tingle, and because the guys like it. You gotta admit, it looks good!

The City
There is just something about living in a city. I think that all the people who live in big cities are proud of where they live, and are happy to be there. A lot of us people who live out in the country are either too scared to leave the country, or are dying to be out of our house do bad the city is the first thing we think about.
This picture has been on my desktop for a while. I, personally, live in a dessert, and I would LOVE to live in the city. I think this picutre is just so alive because of all of the 'city lights'. It just seems fun, right?
Every state has a big city, every state but MINE! So enjoy your city!

I miss winter already. :(

Doesn't everyone just LOVE flowers? I love flowers....TO DEATH! But I do NOT like the sun.
The sun and I just do not get along. I get sunburns in fifteen minutes, and heatstroke on almost a daily basis in the summer.
Spring is OK, but not my favorite. Spring is more like "I'm gonna get hot soon, I'm gonna get hot soon." just chanting in your ear, and you know the doom is coming!
TIPS FOR WRITERS:
*All seasons bring on inspiration, but some writers prefer spring to write intensely. Spring is a good time to go outside and lay on your grass and write.
*If you get writer's block in the spring, AVOID THE SUN!!! Wear black, buy sunglasses, and refuse to write unless it is utterly black and late!
